Order Flow

  1. Open the Table Billing screen to see the table grid
  2. Tap a table to start/view an order
  3. Add items from the menu
  4. Send to kitchen (generates KOT โ€” Kitchen Order Ticket)

KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket)

KOT management shows all pending kitchen orders. Kitchen staff can mark items as prepared. Track order status in real-time from the Order Live screen.

QR Ordering

Generate QR codes for each table. Customers scan the QR code, browse the menu on their phone, and place orders directly. Orders appear in the QR Orders section for staff to accept.

Takeaway

Create takeaway orders without assigning a table. These function like regular bills but are tagged as takeaway for reporting.

Recipe Management

Define recipes for menu items โ€” link raw materials with quantities. When a dish is sold, raw material stock is automatically deducted based on the recipe.

5. Inventory Management

Items

Add items from Setup โ†’ Items with:

Branch-wise Pricing

Enable Items Branch Wise from settings to set different prices for each branch. If not enabled, all branches share the same item prices.

Stock Tracking

View current stock levels from the Inventory screen. Stock is automatically adjusted when:

Stock Audit

Perform physical stock counts and reconcile differences with system stock. Adjustments are logged for accountability.

Stock Transfers

Transfer stock between branches. Create a transfer request, specify items and quantities, and the receiving branch confirms receipt.

Item Lots (FIFO)

Track purchase lots with different costs. When selling, the system can use FIFO (First In, First Out) costing for accurate profit calculation.

6. Customers & Dues

Customer Management

Customers are automatically created when you bill with a name and mobile number. View all customers, their purchase history, and outstanding dues from the Customers section.

Dues & Receivables

When a bill is created with Credit payment mode, it's recorded as a due. Track and collect dues from the Dues section. Record partial payments and view remaining balances.

Customer Wallet

Customers can maintain a wallet balance. Add money to the wallet, and customers can pay from their wallet at checkout.

7. Employees & Attendance

Employee Management

Add employees with name, role, contact, salary, and joining date. Track employee settlements and advances.

Attendance

Mark daily attendance for employees. View attendance reports by month. Supports Present, Absent, Half-day, and Leave statuses.

8. Expenses

Track all business expenses โ€” rent, electricity, salaries, supplies, etc. Each expense has a date, category, amount, and optional notes. View expense summaries in reports.
